Hotel signs up with BP Gas

Through bespoke solutions and genuine account management a hotel in East Sussex has moved its LPG supply to BP Gas.

Bespoke Solution

The hotel had suffered a number of delivery issues under its previous supplier.  Understanding this and the value of peace of mind for the customer the BP Gas Regional Business Manager designed a bespoke solution for the customer which resulted in three times the original LPG storage space.  The customer will now receive an LPG delivery every 3 weeks minimising disruption to its daily operation.

Account Management

Through the BP Gas Regional Business Manager, the hotel received genuine account management.  Due to the location of the tank and the parking area requiring 24hr access, BP Gas arranged for the pipe work to be installed in isolation allowing the car park to be reinstated prior to the bulk tank installation.  This minimised inconvenience and allowed the hotel to function without disruption.
