Improving our supply of LPG to you - BP Gas

We're continually striving to improve our service to you. We also want to ensure we're as prepared as possible should we see a repeat of last year's weather conditions.

Recent improvements we've made include the strengthening of our fleet and our logistics team. Where possible we have delivered early to some of our customers ahead of winter. This will free up our resource to meet the high demand during our busy period.
 
Customer service improvements 

We've recruited more customer service staff to manage the extra calls we receive and all the extra associated administration which occurs during our busy period. Our domestic contact centre will also be open 9am - 1pm every Saturday during December and January. This will start on Saturday 3 December.

We hope the changes we've made ensure that we're ready for this winter and demonstrate our commitment to improving our customer service to our customers.
