How to switch from your current supplier

 

Step 1: Get in touch with us
Call 0845 300 0038 or contact us to confirm that you wish to switch to bulk tank LPG from BP Gas.

Step 2: Approve your BP Gas quote
BP Gas will prepare a tailored quote based on your tank size, estimated annual usage and delivery address.

Step 3: We'll let your supplier know you're switching
BP Gas will contact your supplier on receipt of your completed Supplier Switch Notice (SSN1) form.

Step 4: You're now a BP Gas customer
You become a BP Gas customer following confirmation from one of our engineers that your vessel complies with tank and installation standards as outlined in the UKLPG's Code of Practice.

If you use LPG at home, you can switch supplier if your home is supplied via a single or shared LPG tank (metered estate)

Part of a metered estate?

Many remote properties and newly-built housing estates sit outside the mains gas pipeline, with properties receiving their gas via a communal tank. Each property and tank is fitted with equipment which enables us to monitor each household's usage, so all users of the communal tank receive an ongoing supply of gas via our automatic top-up service.
